Conclusion of a contract: The conclusion of a contract will be accomplished principal with a separate explicit acceptance of order at the latest completion.
Delivery: We deliver to the indicated customer´s address respectively to the at the order indicated shipping address. Possibly partial delivery we have to reserve. The conclusion of contract will principal become effective with the receipt of our specific confirmation in which the forwarding charges are explicit stated. The payment of foreign orders can be carried out only by prepayment, cash on delivery or by VISA card.
Privacy: The individual-related data, which the customer provides us to fulfill the contract of sale, will be saved. The STOPPER GmbH & Co KG will use this data exclusively for the correct execution of the contract of sale. Data will not be disclosed to a third party.
Instruction for the right of withdrawal: You can cancel your order within a period of 1 month after the receive of the first delivery.
There´s no need for a reason of your cancellation. You can cancel your order either in written form, by letter, by fax or by reshipment. After receiving your cancellation, we are compelled, to repay possibly payments.
You are compelled to return the ware at no charge. To meet the deadline in case of reshipping of the ware, timely mailing or handover to a forwarder shall suffice.
